Mariana Cleaning Services is the first company under the Mariana Projects umbrella, it is registered under the law of South Africa. We are registered with (CIPRO) Companies and intellectual property registration. Mariana Cleaning Services is a small cleaning company that was founded by Miyelani A Mbiza in 2019 and is a home based business as we have not yet moved to an office, however we are planning on expanding as time goes. We are currently situated in the heart of Johannesburg and the busiest part of the town/city surrounded by big and small companies and residential areas.

Our general cleaning offers revolve around basic cleaning such as: household, yard, events, wall cleaning, office and decluttering. As an all-round cleaning company, we do not limit ourselves to only the above as we plan on going above and beyond our client's needs. We are always more than willing to customise our services according to the client's needs for full satisfaction We look to building very solid and reliable relationships with our beloved clients by being trust worthy and going the extra mile to ensure clients satisfactory standards set by the client. Not only do we drive to become one of the best services around we intend on hiring most dedicated and hardworking and dedicated service providers in town to go with the promise to suit the client's needs. .

To ensure security to our employees and form good relationships with them to ensure a healthy working environment in order to insure acceptable service delivery. A mission to form unbreakable relationships with our clients by providing them with satisfactory service delivery they never have to question.

Our Business Structure

As a very young and starting business we understand the importance of as solid foundation, this I the reason why we are not in a rush to explode in a short space of time and rather we plan to pace ourselves to ensure that we gain knowledge and work on expanding our expertise. We are aware that in order to achieve our goals we need to partner with the right people, we look to recruit a team of dedicated and promising employees to ensure a strong structure stays in place.

Our Business Structure

Because we are still young and growing, we plan to work with part-time stuff, that way we know and are sure we have help at all times and are able to cover random emergency situations that occur from time to time. With this structure in place our clients are promised service that would never cancel on them because of life. We do plan to expand and as time goes, we plan the hire more permanent stuff and experts to assist with the grooming of the business and all this is in a matter of time. However, in the meantime we still have one person running the business and will be doing the majority of the work when it comes to the running's of the business and I plan to hire expert help where it may be required.
